Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as a Building Facilities Maintenance Technician working indoors and outdoors. Support safe, orderly properties.

This Maintenance Rep performs general building and property maintenance across facility systems and equipment. The work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, grounds upkeep, cleaning, and facilities coordination. You will support department management, projects, contractors, records, and scheduled work while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Repair drywall, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures
- Maintain grounds through landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal




- Update maintenance records, reports, databases, and work schedules

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, craft apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year building operation and maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Solid communication, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
- Availability for indoor, outdoor, and potentially 24/7 work
