Provide nursing care at Secord Trails Community in Ingersoll, Ontario, using sound nursing practice and effective resident communication. Support seniors with dignity.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Practical Nurse delivers care under established policies, physician orders, resident plans, and RPN scope. This critical community role includes assessing residents, guiding staff, and communicating with families. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to policies and physician orders
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
- Assess residents during admissions, readmissions, and status changes
- Communicate regularly with residents and their families




- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Good judgment and ability to identify risk
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
