This Inside Sales Representative provides product knowledge on building materials to customers. The position includes phone inquiries, order management, project quotes, delivery orders, purchasing assistance, and customer follow-up. You will coordinate with Shipping and outside sales staff while learning new building and home improvement materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers entering the Regina facility
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer orders
- Provide project quotes and enter delivery orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules and instructions with Shipping
- Build relationships through reliable customer callbacks

Requirements:

- At least one year of Inside Sales experience
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Building material knowledge is an asset
- Excellent computer and English communication skills
