Realstar is seeking a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team for one of its properties. The work includes rent collection, suite leasing, common-area cleaning, apartment preparation, and minor repairs. You will provide customer service to residents and prospective tenants while responding to on-call requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect rents on a timely basis
- Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
- Clean hallways, stairs, elevators, and common areas
- Complete minor maintenance repairs
- Respond to resident on-call requests

Requirements:

- Two to three years of similar experience
- Cleaning experience
- Minor maintenance skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
