Own shipment execution and freight spend analysis in Mississauga, using carrier coordination and spreadsheets to support FIL Delivery’s commercial team.

This salaried full-time role supports Account Managers and Business Development Managers by resolving operational issues and analyzing purchased transportation costs. You will coordinate freight execution, maintain dispatch accuracy, and prepare monthly recommendations for Transportation. The role requires freight operations experience, brokerage TMS knowledge, and careful follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Book, track, and manage exceptions across the freight book
- Communicate with carriers and resolve service issues
- Build service performance reporting for business reviews
- Document claims, service failures,



and root causes
- Review freight spend and present savings recommendations monthly

Requirements:

- Two or more years in freight operations, dispatch, or brokerage support
- Working knowledge of a brokerage transportation management system
- Solid attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Spreadsheet skills for structuring spend data and savings cases
- English required; French is an asset
