About the Role

Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy, is seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This role is focused on servicing clients within the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying niche talent to successfully placing candidates in critical operational, technical, and managerial roles. A strong understanding of the industrial landscape in South Africa and specific expertise in sourcing for manufacturing environments are essential. This hybrid role combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for a driven professional to contribute significantly to our client's success in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of industrial and manufacturing roles, including plant managers, engineers, technicians, supervisors, and skilled tradespeople. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the manufacturing, mining support, and heavy industry sectors. Proactively source and engage with qualified candidates using advanced search techniques and industry-specific networks. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide clients with expert advice on talent acquisition strategies, market compensation, and industry best practices. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.



Achieve and exceed individual recruitment targets and contribute to team goals. Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the industrial and manufacturing sectors in Kimberley . Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and service delivery.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the Industrial & Manufacturing sectors. Proven success in recruiting for technical, operational, and managerial roles within manufacturing environments. Knowledge of the South African industrial and manufacturing market, particularly in the Northern Cape , is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred. Must be eligible to work in South Africa and able to work a hybrid schedule from Kimberley, Northern Cape .
