Lead communications for Brightshores Health System’s HIS Renewal in Owen Sound, using stakeholder engagement and strategic writing skills. This is a full time temporary position.

As Communications Specialist, HIS Renewal, you will support Brightshores’ Oracle Health implementation across all sites. You will develop multi-channel communications, engage diverse stakeholders, and translate technical, clinical, and operational information clearly. Your work will support adoption and organizational readiness throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop integrated communications and engagement strategies
- Lead communications through planning, testing, implementation, and stabilization
- Inform staff, physicians, leaders, and stakeholders about project changes




- Align communications with change management and implementation activities
- Identify emerging communication needs, risks, and issues

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in communications or related field
- Minimum five years of progressive communications experience
- Experience developing strategic, multi-channel communications plans
- Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and content development skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communications platforms
