Drive hotel revenue strategy at Andaz Ottawa through data analysis, pricing coordination, and channel performance monitoring. This role reports to the general manager.

The Revenue Manager develops competitive, data-driven strategies for hotel performance. Responsibilities include revenue optimization, business intelligence, reporting, and system coordination. The position supports direct, third-party, and corporate booking channels while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data supporting competitive revenue strategies and decisions
- Coordinate pricing recommendations across multiple booking channels
- Monitor OTAs, brand.com, and GDS performance
- Create RevPAR, ADR, occupancy reports and forecasts
- Present insights during weekly strategy meetings

Requirements:

- One year of hotel revenue management experience preferred
- Hotel rooms division operations experience is an asset
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and IDeaS G3 RMS preferred
