Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to initiate, monitor and discontinue in-centre hemodialysis treatments, within an inter‑qualified team providing person‑centred care.

The role includes patient assessments, health teaching and family counselling, documentation, set‑up/monitoring and troubleshooting of hemodialysis machines, and responding to rapid changes in hemodynamic status, plus participation in quality improvement and research
