As a Senior Property Accountant, you will manage reporting for individual properties and consolidated client portfolios. The position requires commercial real estate accounting experience, strong communication, and high-level financial analysis. You will also support operations, accounting policies, systems, and monthly reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements, reporting, and analysis for property portfolios
- Resolve monthly results, reporting package, CAM, and TAX questions
- Mentor junior Property Accountants on reporting and accounting procedures
- Coordinate property acquisitions, dispositions,



and reporting workflow integration
- Support YARDI improvements, controls, processes, and special projects

Requirements:

- Minimum five years commercial real estate property accounting experience
- Qualified designation CPA considered a strong asset
- Experience with real estate accounting systems, especially YARDI
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, communication, and analytical skills
- Autonomy, initiative, teamwork, prioritization, and pressure-management abilities
