Maple Leaf Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to guide frontline employees within a manufacturing facility. You will coordinate production activities, maintain GMP and food safety standards, and address equipment or process issues. The position requires team-oriented leadership across operations, maintenance, FSQA, health and safety, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach floor staff
- Enforce hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements
- Complete production records, batch sheets,



and shift reports
- Coordinate teams to minimize downtime and maintain production flow

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
- Strong English communication, leadership, and computer skills
