Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR services supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Redesign processes using AI, automation, and self-service solutions
- Oversee HR inquiries, issue resolution, and service communications
- Build an AI-enabled HR Services roadmap and measure perks




- Establish responsible AI practices with privacy, legal, and security partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field
- Five-plus years in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS administration
- Working knowledge of generative AI, workflow automation, and analytics
- Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and human oversight
- Experience managing SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or other HRIS
