This IT Recruitment Partner role supports the growing IT Staffing Division. You will recruit qualified mid-to-senior IT professionals across diverse industries, including the Broader Public Sector. The work combines sourcing, screening, candidate advising, and relationship development. Robust phone, in-person, and written recruitment skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with mid-to-senior IT job seekers across Canada
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and virtual interviews
- Attend career fairs,



networking events, and contractor socials
- Build candidate pipelines and generate recruitment leads

Requirements:

- Three or more years of IT recruitment experience
- Agency recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- French bilingualism considered a strong asset
- References and criminal record check required
