This Estimator role centers on customer experience throughout vehicle repairs. You will document damage, identify parts replacement, and coordinate communication with customers, insurance companies, and team members. The position also requires understanding insurance programs, OEM repair procedures, and estimating guidelines while supporting facility KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and required repairs
- Guide customers through repair processes and updates
- Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate ASE customer interaction details

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- At least one year of DRP experience
- Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, and Car-Part
- Ability to multitask under pressure
