As Talent Partner, Campus, you will attract, engage, and hire undergraduate and graduate candidates. You will support internship, co-op, and early-career programs while partnering with business leaders on workforce plans. The position emphasizes campus outreach, employer branding, candidate experience, and full-cycle recruitment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, you will collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to support SOTI’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners
- Lead full-cycle internship, co-op, and early-career recruitment




- Facilitate intern conversion into full time SOTI employment
- Execute career fairs, interviews, tours, and networking events
- Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives

Requirements:

- Three to four years of campus recruitment experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship-building and networking confidence
- Organized adaptability managing multiple priorities and projects
- Flexibility to travel within Ontario and attend events
