Registered Practical Nurses provide resident-focused care at Sienna Senior Living’s Creedan Valley Community in Creemore, Ontario. Use nursing judgment and communication skills daily.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse supports residents within an Ontario RPN/LPN scope of practice. The position involves nursing care, personal care, resident assessments, and communication with families. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to policies, orders, and care plans
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care using sound principles
- Create supportive resident environments through teamwork and communication




- Oversee care and communicate regularly with residents and families
- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Good judgment and ability to identify risks
- Ability to foster a positive work workplace
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Successful applicable Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
