Bookkeeping & Accounting

- Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
- Record financial transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Complete bank, investment, and other account reconciliations.
- Track changes in investment values and record unrealized gains and losses as required.
- Ensure financial records and supporting documentation are organized and up to date.

Tax Preparation & Administration

- Assist with preparing documentation and schedules for tax filings.
- Prepare and organize information required for tax returns and coordinate filings with external tax advisors, as required.
- Maintain tax records and ensure important deadlines are met.

Distribution Administration

- Assist with the accounting and preparation of distributions.
- Review financial balances and complete reconciliations before distributions are made.
- Record distributions accurately in the accounting system.
- Complete post-distribution reconciliations to ensure all transactions have been properly recorded and balances agree.

About You

- 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience, knowledge of accounting
- MS Excel




- Tax filings experience

Pay Range

$25 - $32 / hour
