Use bookkeeping and accounting expertise as a Bookkeeper supporting investment reconciliations and accurate financial records in the Greater Toronto Area. MS Excel and tax filing experience are central.

This Bookkeeper role requires at least three years of bookkeeping experience and knowledge of accounting. You will record transactions, prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and organize supporting documentation. The position also supports tax administration and distribution accounting, including coordination with external tax advisors when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping activities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank, investment, and other accounts
- Track investment values and record unrealized gains and losses
- Record distributions and complete post-distribution reconciliations

Requirements:

- Three or more years of bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of accounting
- MS Excel experience
- Experience with tax filings
- Current residence within the Greater Toronto Area
