Reporting to the Project Director, this manager oversees commercial systems supporting project performance and risk reduction. The work spans contract administration, change management, procurement, claims, and reporting. Experience with major construction projects and joint ventures is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer project agreements, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
- Deliver contractual notices according to project agreement terms
- Draft, review, and negotiate client and subcontractor contracts
- Manage changes, schedule interpretation, and claims administration




- Report commercial issues and analytics to executives and project managers

Requirements:

- Experience with general contractors, owners, or major construction projects
- Two to five years of commercial management experience
- Understanding of construction methodology and complex operating environments
- Experience with Design Build, lump sum, and unit price contracts
- Knowledge of contract law, claims, disputes, procurement, and risk management
