Job Description:

- Oversees the daily sales, customer service and outdoor stock operations
- Assists with determining merchandise to be sold, and in implementing prices and credit policies
- Manage pricing displays in the yard, and promote seasonal specials or bulk materials
- Maintain an organized, safe, and fully stocked outdoor display area
- Assists with the hiring, training, and scheduling of yard associates, and loading staff
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to yard employees and inventory handlers
- Assist contractors and retail shoppers select heavy or bulk products and resolve complaints quickly
- Monitors stock levels of outdoor goods, track incoming shipments,



and prevent inventory loss or damage.
- Maintaining inventory counts and requesting restocks from the general manager

Job Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in a retail yard construction supply setting
- Ability to resolve immediate customer service or loading complaints
- Ensuring workplace safety protocols [like proper forklift operations and lumber stacking safety] are strictly followed
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy items (often up to 50–75 lbs).
