The Custodian works under the Facilities Operations Manager and direction of the Head or Lead Custodian. The role supports building appearance and operation within a larger custodial team across multiple worksites. The Principal may provide school-based direction alongside the Facilities Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the appearance of an assigned school building
- Operate a specific worksite as directed
- Complete cleaning and general maintenance activities
- Work with custodial staff across multiple worksites

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma and six months relevant experience
- Cleaning and general maintenance experience in a school facility
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Small equipment repair and maintenance experience is an asset
- Building Environmental Systems courses are an asset
