Shape employee experience through events, communications, and social media at RTCA’s full-time, onsite Sumner, Washington location. Create consistent experiences across divisions.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Experience Associate supports engagement across RTCA’s aerospace and defense manufacturing divisions. You will coordinate events, develop internal communications, manage approved Facebook and Instagram content, and support employer branding. The work includes gathering employee stories, maintaining calendars, tracking budgets, and protecting proprietary and export-controlled information. This position also supports onboarding, recruiting activities, interviews, HR administration, and occasional Accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recognition programs, appreciation events, and milestone celebrations




- Draft and distribute approved internal communications and newsletters
- Maintain social media calendars and monitor audience inquiries
- Gather employee stories, photos, videos, and company updates
- Track event schedules, budgets, participation, and communication results

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Robust written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Event coordination experience managing details, timelines, and budgets
- Experience using AI tools for design or content creation
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
