As RunReady’s Experience Coordinator, you will manage each client journey inside the upcoming Toronto studio. You will welcome guests, coordinate appointments, support footwear matching, and maintain a health-centered environment. The role combines client service, sales support, studio administration, and community relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Host clients and provide welcoming studio experiences
- Check appointments, offer tours, and address concerns
- Lead footwear matching using RunReady Pro
- Manage scheduling, billing, inquiries, and records
- Collaborate on programs, promotions, and events

Requirements:

- One to two years customer-facing or sales experience
- Passion for running and sharing knowledge
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday, forty hours onsite
- Health, fitness, or retail experience is an asset
