Build practical Human Resources experience at BDO through HR operations, talent acquisition, and a blended work model across Canada. Support people-focused programs while developing workplace skills.

This eight-month Co-op or Intern term is designed for students working toward a Human Resources degree or diploma. You will learn through workshops with Data Analytics, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Learning, Organizational Development, and Benefits Teams. The focus remains HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft employee lifecycle letters, including offers and transfers
- Conduct firmwide orientation sessions for employees
- Attend campus events to recruit students to BDO
- Answer employee questions about processes and policies




- Complete additional duties as required

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Human Resources degree or diploma
- Available full time for an eight-month Co-op or Intern term
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
