Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for our client’s quick-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience operating Order Picker forklifts. Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse

- Load and unload trucks while ensuring accuracy and product integrity

- Use slip sheet equipment to unload containers, when required

- Perform order picking, palletizing, and general warehouse duties

- Manually load, unload, and move products as needed

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Follow all company safety, security, and housekeeping procedures

- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, dispatch personnel, and drivers





- Support daily warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid Forklift Certification required

- Minimum 1 year of experience operating an Order Picker forklift in a warehouse environment

- Previous warehouse experience required

- Experience with case picking, palletizing, and general labour duties

- Slip sheet experience considered a strong asset

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy level

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
