Job Title: Solution Architect with AI Experience Hybrid (2-3 days a week) Employment Type: Contract / Full Time 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, including financial services experience and at least 2 year designing AI solutions. ~ Expertise in Azure/cloud architecture, enterprise application integration, APIs, and scalable AI-enabled platforms. ~ Experience with Copilot Studio, Foundry, LLM Gateway patterns, Python services, and GitHub/CI-CD. ~ Knowledge of Databricks, Unity Catalog, data lineage, Power BI, and enterprise data architecture. ~ Solid understanding of security, IAM, PCI compliance, privacy, FinOps, model controls, and observability tools. ~ Ability to lead architecture decisions, ensure resiliency, address penetration-testing findings, and meet risk and governance requirements. AI Usage Policy: Pacer Group uses AI to assist in screening applications.
