Shape occupancy and tenant growth across Starlight Investments’ Canadian office portfolio using market expertise and strategic lease negotiation. Travel flexibility is required. As Leasing Manager, Commercial, you will report to the Vice President, Asset Management, and guide leasing performance across multiple Canadian markets. You will evaluate market conditions, secure tenants, manage existing relationships, and support asset management objectives for each location. Provide competitive rates and tenant activity research Partner with Asset Managers on targeted marketing initiatives Review lease documents for accuracy and solid language Over two years’ experience in a leasing role Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication Use office leasing leadership, market research, and marketing capabilities to advance occupancy and asset objectives across Canada. #
