Own campaign performance Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creative to improve results Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic quality Solve technical performance challenges Test, learn, and improve Plan and execute creative testing strategies, particularly within Meta Continuously test audiences, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies Contribute ideas that improve campaign performance across client accounts Collaborate with strategists and account teams to deliver exceptional client results Participate in client conversations and confidently explain campaign performance and recommendations 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Deep technical knowledge of campaign optimization, audience strategy, bidding, attribution,
