As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that support RBH and PMI business priorities. You will partner with business and technology customers to understand requirements, evaluate architectural options, and deliver end-to-end solution designs that align with enterprise standards and long-term strategic objectives. This role requires broad technical expertise, strong customer management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions across multiple platforms, systems, and applications. Design end-to-end architectures that support business objectives while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Evaluate solution alternatives and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, cost, risk, and business value. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and data teams throughout the solution lifecycle.



Provide guidance and technical leadership during implementation and deployment activities. Coach and share expertise with colleagues and project teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical designs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Experience working in agile and project-based environments is considered an asset. Provides technical guidance to project teams and junior colleagues. Supports architecture governance, technology standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborates with global and local stakeholders to drive successful technology outcomes. Adaptable working options (where applicable). Exposure to international teams and innovative technologies.
