Key Responsibilities:

- Screen potential clients and assess whether Farber services fit
- Recommend services and book advisor appointments
- Respond to existing clients’ file status inquiries
- Document every contact in information systems
- Communicate through phone, email, webchat, and SMS

Requirements:

- College diploma
- Three years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, spelling, and grammar skills
- Strong listening and relationship management abilities
- Experience with MS Office and recent software applications
