Serve guests through front desk service, food and drink delivery, and booking support at Ontario’s striking boutique hotel stays. Evening and weekend work is required. As a front desk team member, you are the face of the brand and interact with guests throughout each day. You will manage guest communications, bookings, room-service delivery, and lobby shop restocking. The work also includes coordinating cleanings with housekeeping staff and supporting exceptional guest experiences at properties in Calabogie and Collingwood.

Requirements:
