As a Service Leader, you will contribute directly to a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. The JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program provides three months of fast-tracked development. You will learn operations, people development, leadership, coaching, and strategic planning while supporting restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attract, retain, and develop a team of 50-100 individuals
- Drive personal growth across a high-performing restaurant team
- Execute quarterly strategic planning goals efficiently
- Uphold standards for product, profit, environment, and experience




- Support recent restaurant openings across Canada and the United States

Requirements:

- Two to three or more years of full-service restaurant leadership
- Ability to develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
- Ability to recruit, hire, and retain talent proactively
- Ability to manage in-store budgets and forecasts
- High attention to detail and integrity
