Responsibilities

What your days look like as an Operations Clerk:

- Produce various reports before and after the departure of each ship;
- Perform various data entry (inventory, daily, weekly, monthly reports);
- Inventory follow‑up;
- Produce and follow up purchase orders with the purchasing system (Match error);
- Prepare employees pay documents to be sent for payroll;
- Perform clerical tasks such as expenses account, reservations, filing etc.;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications

To succeed as an Operations Clerk you must have:

- Diploma in administration/office automation or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position
- Intermediate level of MS Office;
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced,



changing environment and to meet deadlines;
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, with an intermediate level of English;
- Given the diversity of our team and the need to communicate with clients and partners locally, across Canada and internationally, proficiency in both written and spoken French and English is required.
