Midnight, November 5, 2026 Terms and conditions of employment, including wages, are in accordance with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Collective Agreement Local 3876. Under the supervision of the Custodial Supervisor, the successful candidate for this position will be required to perform a wide variety of janitorial and minor maintenance tasks. Have a thorough knowledge of building systems Inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment. Inspection of playground equipment and sports facilities. Perform janitorial duties as required (indoors and outdoors). Order and monitor proper use of custodial supplies. Perform minor repairs as required including but not limited to screens, desks, lockers, mechanical and electrical. Arrange physical/facility requirements for school events, rentals, etc. To identify and report major maintenance requirements. The successful applicant will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check and a completed Child Abuse Registry. Qualified applicants from within the CUPE Bargaining Unit Local 3876 will be considered first. Should there be no qualified candidate from within the Bargaining Unit, recent applicants well be considered.
