Regional Sales Manager for AB, you’ll take ownership of sales performance across the region while leading and developing a team of sales professionals. Build short
- and long-term sales strategies that drive profitable growth. Expand the sales pipeline, identify new opportunities and improve conversion. Develop strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, influencers and end users. Coach, inspire and develop your sales team to achieve ambitious goals. Lead regional sales activities against volume and profitability objectives. Champion the customer: Deliver a consistently strong customer experience and ensure our partners receive exceptional support. We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader who combines strong business judgment with a genuine ability to build relationships and develop people.



A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 8+ years of materials sales experience, with paint or coatings experience preferred. A proven track record managing high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities and projects. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
