Parry Sound, ON Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) — No Regular Weekends Base Compensation: $36.00 – $50.00 / hour About the Opportunity Fuze HR Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive / Diesel Service Technician to join an established, high-productivity dealership team in Parry Sound, ON. This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed technician who wants a stable, Monday-to-Friday day schedule without mandatory weekend shifts, ongoing brand-factory training, and massive earning potential through a lucrative weekly flat-rate bonus model. Additionally, this dealership is expanding Construction is underway for a brand-new, state-of-the-art 15-bay pre-fab facility in Parry Sound, featuring modern equipment and expanded capacity.

Key Responsibilities




Perform full-system diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and bumper-to-bumper mechanical repair on light/medium-duty passenger vehicles and commercial fleet trucks.

Complete work orders, estimate labor/parts accurately, and submit clear digital service reports. Diagnose and repair medium-duty commercial diesel systems and air conditioning units. Conduct occasional outdoor road tests and fleet safety checks. Maintain high shop standards, productivity, and fix-it-right-the-first-time efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure: 310S Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification or 310T Truck & Coach Technician License. AC Certification: Active ODP / Air Conditioning License (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire). 5 years of automotive or commercial repair experience preferred Prior experience with Ford vehicle diagnostic systems is required Demonstrated long-term tenure and solid workplace stability.
