Support Stantec users in Saskatoon through Microsoft Windows expertise, hardware troubleshooting, and responsive customer-focused technology service. This full-time role includes travel.

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will support assigned offices and staff across Stantec’s IT organization. Apply Windows 11, Office 365, SCCM, and PC hardware knowledge to resolve technical issues. Collaborate with regional and corporate IT teams while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled, customer-focused technology support with consistent follow-through
- Configure workstations, printers, and hardware for office setups
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate scheduled hardware refresh activities with IT teams




- Maintain support records and communicate resolution progress

Requirements:

- Five to six years of related experience
- Competence with Windows 11, Office 365, and SCCM
- Strong PC hardware configuration and rebuilding experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to carry equipment up to 50 pounds
