You serve as a liaison among PSPs, physicians, office staff, insurers, and patients. Your work includes triage, clinical data collection, reimbursement coordination, issue resolution, and patient journey monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support healthcare professionals navigating patient support program requirements
- Coordinate private and public reimbursement activities
- Collect patient information and clinical data
- Monitor patient journeys and address barriers or delays

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related discipline
