As an Account Manager, you will support clients, Account Executives, and underwriters across commercial insurance accounts. Your work includes obtaining underwriting information, preparing submissions, presenting quotes, binding coverage, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also manage claims, correspondence, and account administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond professionally to internal and external client requests
- Obtain underwriting information from potential and renewal clients
- Prepare submissions and present quotes or renewals




- Bind coverage and update Account Executives on accounts
- Manage claims, documents, bordereaux, and account records

Requirements:

- Minimum two to three years commercial insurance experience
- General Insurance Agent Level 2 provincial license
- Level 1 license acceptable with qualifying experience or pursuit
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other designation considered an asset
- Experience with EPIC broker management system considered an asset
