This Team Lead supervises skilled employees and contractors maintaining large mobile mining equipment. The position supports protected, reliable, and efficient operations while developing team capability. You will coordinate daily execution, maintenance planning feedback, workforce forecasting, and operational commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily maintenance activities against approved schedules
- Lead toolbox and monthly safety meetings
- Remove work barriers affecting maintenance execution
- Provide completion and workforce forecasting feedback
- Collaborate with reliability, operations, and management teams

Requirements:

- At least five years’ progressive mine maintenance experience
- Extensive mine mobile equipment knowledge
- Proven maintenance leadership experience
- Valid Alberta or Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
