This permanent, full time supervisor leads Installation & Repair Technicians and Specialists across fibre, wireless coax, copper, and CLEC networks. The work combines hands-on technical support, coaching, process improvement, and customer assistance. You will help develop training, monitor performance, and support implementation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily Installation & Repair team functioning
- Support fibre, coax, copper, and CLEC network work
- Coach team members and conduct performance reviews




- Develop training programs, agendas, and team meetings
- Supervise cabling, inspections, repairs, and service testing

Requirements:

- Experience working in a fibre plant
- Minimum three years’ industry experience
- Valid G license with clean driving record
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to climb, lift, carry, and work outdoors
