This senior technical contributor leads enterprise-scale non-functional testing initiatives and performance SDET work. You will design validation approaches for performance, resilience, availability, and scalability objectives. The work includes quality metrics, CI/CD quality gates, representative datasets, observability, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate quality strategy into executable engineering plans
- Design data-driven performance and resilience validation approaches
- Implement quality metrics, KPIs, and CI/CD feedback loops
- Develop performance and resilience testing datasets




- Validate non-functional requirements during release-readiness reviews

Requirements:

- 10+ years in software, performance, reliability, or quality engineering
- Enterprise-scale non-functional testing leadership experience
- Expertise in workload modelling, capacity planning, and scalability testing
- Framework development experience with k6, Gatling, JMeter, or equivalent
- Robust programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java
