This Nurse Manager leads CarePartners’ community nursing delivery within its Leadership Team. The position includes coordination, supervision, coaching, care planning, and employee performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise Nurses working in the field

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse degree and CNO registration
- Three to five years of related experience
- Knowledge of case management and nursing processes
