Direct custodial operations at Redeemer University using staff supervision, scheduling, and housekeeping expertise. This full-time position works 37.5 hours weekly.

Reporting to the Director, Campus Services, the Custodial Supervisor directs full-time custodial and housekeeping employees and casual student staff. The position coordinates cleaning, maintenance, preparation, and event services across university buildings and residences. Responsibilities include training, work orders, payroll approval, equipment, supplies, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise custodial operations across classrooms, offices, residences, and athletic areas
- Train staff and monitor cleaning, stocking, maintenance, and event setups
- Prepare schedules and coordinate work orders within approved budgets




- Oversee housekeeping services during academic and conference seasons
- Maintain equipment, supplies, inventories, invoices, and expenditure records

Requirements:

- Five or more years cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience
- Three years supervisory experience inspiring staff and maintaining standards
- Three or more years using commercial cleaning equipment
- Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database software
- Understanding of Redeemer University’s mission, values, and Reformed Christian identity
