As Junior Product Manager, you will support Hugel Aesthetics brands for Canadian healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers. You will localize strategies, coordinate omnichannel plans, develop compliant promotional materials, and contribute to launches. The role also includes events, sales enablement, market insights, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual brand plans, positioning, objectives, tactics, and budget tracking
- Localize global strategies, messaging, and assets for Canada
- Develop promotional tools with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales
- Coordinate HCP conferences, sponsorships,



and educational events
- Monitor competitors, customer needs, channels, and performance KPIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Two years’ progressive brand management and healthcare marketing experience
- Solid communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder relationship skills
- Proficiency with digital tools, Microsoft Office, and Veeva PromoMats
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for events
