Insight Global seeks an SAP SCM Analyst supporting a large mining company during transition from hypercare to sustainment. This six-month contract-to-hire role connects Supply Chain and Procurement users, technical teams, and the AMS partner. Focus areas include P2P, materials planning, and Coupa-to-SAP integration within a recently implemented SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve SAP support tickets for Supply Chain and Procurement users
- Gather business requirements from functional stakeholders
- Create functional documentation for SAP processes and enhancements
- Manage enhancements and conduct quality assurance testing
- Support user acceptance testing with business stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five or more years of SAP Supply Chain experience
- Solid SAP MM and P2P knowledge
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA functional analyst experience
- Coupa or Ariba experience, ideally with SAP integration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
