This permanent full time role oversees high-volume distribution operations while developing frontline leaders and strengthening accountability. You will coordinate performance, resources, safety, quality, and operational change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee night-shift productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer service
- Manage labour planning, schedules, staffing, budgets, and operational resources
- Develop and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline employees

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years’ distribution, warehousing, or logistics experience
