You will manage Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Sweat Pants Agency supports approximately 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, with significant monthly Google and Meta spend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own DTC accounts, budgets, strategy, buying, and client communication
- Audit campaigns, search terms, bidding, feeds, pages, and tracking
- Separate brand and non brand performance reporting
- Manage PMax, Shopping, automation, and Merchant Center hygiene




- Diagnose bottlenecks and build needed pages, scripts, or reporting

Requirements:

- Hands on Google Ads experience with meaningful DTC spend
- Proven Shopping and PMax results across CPA, ROAS, and revenue
- Fluency in Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, GA4, and GTM
