As an Associate, Corporate Development, you will support growth strategies across Sun Life’s global business. Your work will span transaction execution, valuation, due diligence, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, sales, investments, and partnerships
- Manage multifunctional due diligence across transaction lifecycles
- Prepare approval materials for senior leaders
- Build financial models for valuation and transaction analysis




- Research industries, markets, competitors, and comparable transactions

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant transaction experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or related field
- Proficiency building merger and discounted cash flow models
- Understanding of capital budgeting, financial statements, and valuation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
