Semperis is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid Toronto-area role. You will own the monthly incentive cycle, validate data sources, and ensure timely payroll payments.
You’ll also reconcile multiple systems, document controls, and lead annual Xactly plan implementations with Revenue Ops and Finance leadership. You’ll collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance while providing explicit reporting on plan attainment
